52 Deep is a free directory of poker resources run by Jeff Fisher, an individual in California (“we” and “us” below). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What the site is
We list and describe training sites, coaches, tools, books, videos, places to play and communities, and link to them. We don't sell, run or operate any of them, and we don't offer gambling of any kind.
Listings come with no guarantee
We research listings and review them before publishing, but details such as prices, features, schedules and availability change, and we can get things wrong. Everything on the site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including that it is accurate, complete or up to date. A listing is not an endorsement. Please check the details with the provider before you rely on them, and tell us if you spot a mistake.
Other sites and purchases
Sites we link to are run by other people, under their own terms and privacy policies. Anything you buy, sign up for or play there is between you and them: we aren't a party to it and aren't responsible for their products, services, content or conduct.
Paid links
Some links are paid links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them. They are labelled, and they never affect which resources we list or how they are ordered. Our affiliate disclosure explains how this works.
Not advice
Nothing on the site is gambling, financial, tax or legal advice. Poker involves risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions, including following the laws where you live and only playing where it's legal and you're old enough. If gambling stops being fun, help is available, for example through the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-GAMBLER in the US.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, link to and share pages. Please don't copy the directory wholesale, scrape it in a way that strains the site, try to break or get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful. The site's design and our own descriptions belong to us; names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of any site or service it links to, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above; using the site after that means you accept the updated terms. We may also change or remove listings, or the site itself, at any time.
